There’s a story this so-called art critic enjoys sharing with anyone who knows Jerry Misko, famed for his abstract paintings of neon signs. A few weeks ago, as he was giving a tour of his lovely two-story loft in the southwest corner of the valley, we encountered, lying on the floor, what must have been a 10-foot length of plastic tubing, a U.S. flag snarled around one end of it.
