B & H Construction is performing a $3.5 million upgrade of the Pavilion Center Pool inside Veterans Memorial Park at 101 South Pavilion Center Drive in Las Vegas. The project consists of a heated pool enclosure with retractable roof. Construction will finish in fall 2010.
