Commercial real estate is weathering a deep downturn nationwide, with soaring vacancies, plummeting rents and rising foreclosures. Southern Nevada, which sustained two decades of boom growth, has been hit especially hard.
Southern Nevada’s industrial and warehouse market worsened in the third quarter as the economy continued to struggle, reports Restrepo Consulting Group, a Las Vegas-based economic research firm.
